From where are your products shipped?
All of our products are shipped from US, China or China Hong Kong, Japan warehouses.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship worldwide. But if our logistics may not support your country, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. To learn more about our destination list, please contact our online customer service or send us an email.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of order placement (Customized styles orders are shipped from our warehouse within 7-14 working days after ordering). Delivery time to Europe/USA/Canada/Australia/Asia/Middle East is 5-10 working days, delivery time to other regions is 7-14 working days, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if shipment is delayed due to carrier service.
How do I track my order?
Within 2-5 days of placing your order, your package will be scanned at the carrier's sortation center. You will then receive an email from us with package tracking information.
Is shipping free?
Fine Chrome offers free global express delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
No, all customs and taxes are prepaid and included in the price.
How can I change my Shipping Address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us to request for such changes.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
